Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Jurrasicsips is not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.
